The Boys & Girls Club of Victoria and the Community Centre Network are proud to announce the 4th annual Youth United Anti-Bullying Film Fest. This event is meant to empower and engage youth in speaking out against an issue that remains very close at hand for many children and youth. Participants under the age of 19 are tasked with creating and submitting a 30-second public service announcement (PSA) that conveys a creative and impactful anti-bullying message.

This event is meant to empower and engage youth in speaking out against an issue that remains very close at hand for many children and youth. Participants under the age of 19 are tasked with creating and submitting a 30-second public service announcement (PSA) that conveys a creative and impactful anti-bullying message. CCN reviews and prepares these PSAs to be screened at the anti-bullying film festival.

The panel of judges is comprised of local public figures who assist with the selection the three grand prize winners. In past years, the overall winner's PSA has been broadcasted live on CTV.

The Film Fest will be held at L'Ecole Victor-Brodeur Theatre (637 Head Street) on Pink Shirt Day, February 25th. The top 3 videos from each age category will receive prizes and all entries will be shown on the big screen and recognized on event night.
